For Fair Taxi, I designed the complete UX/UI of their mobile application, focusing on creating a seamless experience for both drivers and passengers. The project aimed to simplify ride-booking, enhance usability, and deliver a visually appealing interface. By balancing functionality with user needs, I ensured the app was intuitive and efficient, meeting modern design and usability standards.

Project Understanding: Analyzed the business requirements and user needs for a taxi booking app that caters to drivers and passengers.
• User Research: Conducted surveys and competitive analysis to identify common user pain points in ride-booking applications.
• User Flows: Designed detailed user flows for booking, tracking, and payment to create a seamless experience for both sides of the app.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed low- and high-fidelity wireframes, followed by prototypes to test app functionality and refine interactions.
• UI Design: Focused on creating a clean and engaging visual design, emphasizing ease of navigation and clarity in user actions.
• Testing & Feedback: Iteratively tested prototypes with potential users and incorporated feedback to improve the final design.
